Our history
Founding of ROWA
1984Founding of Moser Elektrofachhandel
Moser Elektrofachhandel is founded by Stefan Moser. Even at its founding, close business relationships were established with many suppliers, which still endure today.
Expansion Leonding / Linz
A second location with a spacious warehouse is opened in order to respond more quickly to customer enquiries. At that time, the focus of this branch was on the HYXAL aluminium cable trays, conduits and raised floors product areas.
Acquisition of ROWA
ROWA - Moser is created.
Through the acquisition of ROWA, Moser Elektrofachhandel is merged into ROWA - Moser Handels GmbH. This expansion now also makes it possible to serve customers at the Klagenfurt location.
Relocation Klagenfurt
The Klagenfurt location moves to new premises.
Relocation to the new company headquarters in Innsbruck
The company headquarters relocates. In the immediate vicinity of the founding location, a new, modern building with greater capacities is created, laying the foundation for a successful future.
Acquisition of HYXAL / Relocation Klagenfurt
The production of the HYXAL aluminium cable trays is taken over and firmly integrated into the company. In the same year, the Klagenfurt branch is relocated to a new location of its own.
Guntramsdorf location renovation / reopening of the Innsbruck showroom
The Guntramsdorf location was significantly enlarged and a modern building with a showroom, offices and warehouse was constructed. Likewise, in 2015 the showroom at the company headquarters in Innsbruck was expanded to over 300 m².
Klagenfurt renovation
At the Klagenfurt location, the warehouse, showroom and office space are once again expanded.
Expansion Allhaming
With the new construction of the Allhaming location, ROWA-Moser now also presents itself in Upper Austria in a spacious complex. A central warehouse will subsequently be established, offering all customers better service and reliable availability.
40th Anniversary Celebration
With a major series of celebrations at all 4 locations, the milestone anniversary was fittingly toasted together with partners, customers & employees.
